Let’s talk — custom, usage-based pricing
For multi-location operations or call volume beyond the Premium plan. We scope a custom, usage-based arrangement to your real numbers — uncapped, no flat ceiling. This is a separate plan from the flat tiers above, sized in a short call.
How usage works
Each plan includes a fixed monthly allowance of voice minutes, SMS messages, chat sessions, and the other resources listed above. Allowances reset on the first of each month.
The 10% bonus buffer (included free)
Every plan includes a 10% bonus buffer at no additional charge. If you use 100% of your plan in a given month, the next 10% is on us — a thank-you for using the service. You'll see friendly check-ins from us at 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 100%, 105%, and 110% so you always know where you stand.
What happens at 110%
If usage of a specific resource (e.g. voice minutes) reaches 110% of your plan, that resource pauses gracefully for the rest of the billing cycle:
- Voice: incoming callers hear a brief recorded message that you're at plan capacity and to call back next cycle.
- SMS outbound: outgoing texts pause. Inbound SMS still arrives.
- Website chat: the widget asks visitors to call you directly instead.
The paused resource resumes automatically on your next billing date with a fresh full allowance. Other resources on your plan keep running normally — only the resource that hit 110% pauses.
Upgrading mid-cycle
If you'd like the paused resource running again immediately — or you simply expect heavier volume next month — you can upgrade to the next tier directly from your dashboard. Stripe prorates the price difference for the days remaining in your current cycle, so you only pay for what's left of the month. The new tier's higher allowance takes effect within seconds.
What's never charged extra
You will not be charged per-call, per-message, or per-anything beyond your monthly plan fee. There is no overage billing on the listed resources — only the bonus buffer (free) and then a graceful pause at 110%. Pricing changes follow Section 3 of the Terms of Service (30 days' notice).
High-volume & multiple locations
The flat plans above are built for single-location trades businesses. If you run multiple locations or expect call volume well beyond the Premium plan, we offer a separate Enterprise / high-volume plan with custom, usage-based pricing scoped to your real numbers — agreed up front in a short call, never a surprise bill. Allowances and the bonus-buffer/rate-limit policy are part of your subscription and are also published in Section 3.5 of the Terms of Service. The cap numbers above are pulled live from the system that enforces them — if these numbers change, your dashboard and these terms change at the same time.
